Tellman in Running Shoes!!

www.runtellmanrun.com Hey this is Tellman! I have some news. Especially for my trainer Hank. I’m wearing running shoes today. My feet have been swelling, and this Saturday is the 100 on 100 relay race that I’ll be running with Ben Ibey and Tin Bourassa. I’ll be running 33 barefoot miles in one day – more than what I’m used to. So to prepare, I’m starting today’s run in sneakers. It’s been quite a while since I’ve run in sneakers. If you barefoot purists want to give me a hard time, or if you want to keep up with my progress and donate, visit http Shabambo! -Tellman

I bought a pair of running sneakers in May and I’m not sure if I should buy new ones. They look brand new still, probably because I mostly run on a treadmill. But I run about five miles a day four days a week and my feet have started to hurt a bit. I’m wondering if my shoes are wearing out. They’re Asics Gel Soles. Thanks!

I run probably 12 miles a week in all kinds of weather, but mostly dry, and also use this pair at the gym. I’m an adult, 195 pounds. How long should running sneakers last?

I shop at discount stores so they have wider selections of shoes than department stores, but when buying sneakers how do I know if they would be good for running? And how to buy good running sneakers (after I find out they’re for running)? Don’t say ask the sales person because it’s a discount store and they’re high schoolers so don’t know more than me. Thanks.

When you’re storing old shoes that you want to keep and collect (for some reason) sometimes if you don’t store them correctly the sole will break down and then you’ll end up feeling gutted. This video explains why the EVA breaks down.

I run from late January all the way through mid November. I run about 35-45 miles a week 6 days a week depending on what my coach wants me to run. I never run in the rain or snow only when it is sunny. How often should I change my sneakers? Is once a year good, or what because my dad does not want to keep buying my new running sneakers that often. Also, I have another pair of sneakers not for running so I just use my running shoes while running.

It’s always a pleasure to take off sneakers after a whole sockless day… As you can see from the insoles I can say I’ve had a lot of fun into them…

The Lunar Elite bests the Nike Free 5.0, the Nike Run Avant, the Reebok Taikan II and the Mizuno Elixir 4. It’s advantages include several overlays to keep, particularly, the toe box from imploding, and the plush lunar foam. The shoe is worth its expensive price (0USD), I think!

What are some good running sneakers for a person with low arch? 100 to 130 price range

I just bought a pair of Nike Air N’sight s for running. I haven’t used them yet but they felt REALLY comfortable in the store. Does anyone know about the quality of these particular sneakers?
