I have icky ones right now that are almost a no name brand.
I run track 6 days a week & am a short distance sprinter but my coach makes us run distance often.
I fractured my back about 6 months about and am healednow but need extra arch support and such to keep my back in tip top shape.

My bf’s birthday is coming up, and I am deciding between getting him the new ipod touch or the ipod nano. He likes running, so if I go with the nano, I would also get the Nike sneakers, and the software to track his miles. All that together is around the same price as the ipod touch. I know that it is more practical, esp as you cannot use the touch for running, but I feel the touch is more fun and exciting? I don’t know, any suggestions/advice would be helpful. Thanks!
really quickly to add, my bf is more of a gadgets guy than a running guy. he hates running, but does it to keep in shape. he has said that he wanted the nano with the armband for that reason.

In this video I show off my Nike Air Alvord VIs. These trail running shoes are discontinued and the newer model, Alvord VII is absolute garbage so I am trying to keep these older shoes in good shape. I have taken them for about a dozen runs and they feel quite solid. I was disappointed though, that the upper has been torn in several places. I hope they continue to hold up well overall. I am new to trail running and these shoes seem good for a starter. I am planning on buying some Avia trail running shoes to alterenate with these on my trail runs.

the only sneakers that are size 14 are the worst ones. I want to know where i can good ones. I already tried footlocker,finishline,eastbay, pickyourshoes and many more. Please list websites or stores in New York that sell fashinable size fourteens in nikes jordans or adidas.

I do aerobics, weight train, and run on a treadmill, and my lower back hurts all the time. Running shoes seem to make it worse. Anyone have experience with New Balance Cross Trainers?
