I am thinking about buying either the New Balance Rock & Tone or Reebok Easy Tone. Which one do you think is better? I am a runner so I need something I can run in. And I like to wear tennis shoes all day. So which one would be better for running and everyday use? Thank You!

Ok I know this is a rather dumb question, but I can’t find a place in the heel where it feels right. Do you put them up at the top of the heel or at the bottom so it touches the insole, or somewhere in between? I have Dr. Scholl’s heel liners, but is there some better brand, or another way to make shoes fit better that slip in the heels? (i don’t want heel cups or insoles)

I have shox but Im wondering if there is something better than shox for running.

I’ve been using my New Balance running CW472wps for both running and walking. I find though that my shins (preff my left shin) gets shin splints very easily when running in these shoes. Should I go for another style?
If it helps to know, my weight is 145 height is 5’8 age 23.

I need a good pair of sneakers, I am partial to Nike, but it really doesn’t matter. I want alot of support and cushioning.

there were adidas sneakers in the april 2008 addition of seventeen magazine on page 36 and i can not find them anywhere. they are made from recycled materials and they are green. i looked on the website and they had recycled sneaker called grun but they don’t have the ones in the magazine. do you know where i can find these? thank you.
sorry the first decription was so vague,
they have green stripes, yellow laces, and are a brownish purple pattern everywhere else.
