My Asics Gel Kayano 15 after one year of wearing. My weight is about 100 kg and these sports shoes can candle running of big dude like me.

i just bought some new running shoes.(nike air pegasus 25).
I ran in them this week and now i have some horrible shin splints.
My coach says i should have bought another pair of asics, i used a pair of them before, but i have a new pair of new balance right now and i dont know if i should try them or just buy some new asics.
