I have bad knees, and every time I run even for a mile my knees hurt after. It is usually not this bad, so i think it is my sneakers that are the issue (I have had them for over 3 years). Is there a type of sneaker you recommend for working out and light running?

i just got a pedicure will running in sneaker ruin it or smudge it?

I like to run a few miles 5x a week but im noticing i cant find a shoe that is comfortable. I think i suffer from heel spurs because i start off with pain in my heel and ball of my foot and then it goes into the arch. It hurts to the point i limp when i walk. Is there a particular sneaker that may help with this? Especially when i work out and run?

there were adidas sneakers in the april 2008 addition of seventeen magazine on page 36 and i can not find them anywhere. they are made from recycled materials and they are green. i looked on the website and they had recycled sneaker called grun but they don’t have the ones in the magazine. do you know where i can find these? thank you.
