I don’t have an immediate answer for you burt rather some good advice. Find a store where the salesperson will fit you in several different types of shoes and then watch you run about the store. You will be able to feel the difference, and so will he/she. A lot of places have people who are very skilled in this type of thing and can analyze which running shoe is better for you depending on your gait and running form.
