I have flat feet and the sneakers I have now (Nike BLAZERS) hurt my feet in the gym. I need a great pair of sneakers that I can wear to the gym and out running. So whats best for my flat feet?

flat feet runners tend to be overpronators–check with your local sports store and you’ll see I’m correct. I’ve never ever had a problem with Asics Gels, they’re the only shoe designed to aid in this.

I’ve always ran with the Ascis Trainers for about 9 months now. There perfect, but they might be different for you that’s just my personal preference.
My daughter had flat feet so bad we got corrective surgery for her, but in the mean time we found SKETCHERS had the best shoes all around for comfort ease of walking and to not hurt her feet.
i run about 50 miles a week and i have really flat feet.i really understand where you’re coming from b/c i get i.t.band injuries if i don’t change my shoes every 500 miles. so i wear mizuno wave creation 11′s.they’re pretty and have really great support.they sorta follow the pattern of nike shox, but they’re a little better for flat footed people. you can go to a sports/running store and ask them to help you find a shoe.
I personally favor Asics as a trainer, and have preferred them for around 3 years. If you go on their website :

they can help you choose a pair that is good for your type of foot. But then again, that is if you like the shoes and, if you tried them on at a shoe or sports store, were comfortable for you.
I hope this might’ve helped you find a shoe thats perfect for you!
maybe u should get a siz that fits ur foot good or try a deforent tip of shoe
