Best Recommended Running Sneakers
I want an excellent pair of running sneakers but I don’t want to pay too much. Which brand is best?

asics, but today i went to kohls (department store) and bought a pair of nice new balance running shoes for only 25$. yay me!

I recomend Asics, Mizuno, Nike, or New Balance. Be careful with Nike. Not saying their shoes are bad but they make so many types of shoes make sure your not getting some weird cross trainer or something. Those are pretty big running shoes. Go to a running store though, sports authority does not count as a running store. I mean like a specialty running store, they should take care of you. Each person is different. A brand feels different on everyone. Ones not better than the other. I personally are a fan of Mizuno, but that is just me. You will have to try them on.
Asics, are probably one of the most popular brands for running shoes because that’s all they make. Mizuno and Brooks also make some excellent running shoes. I would honestly avoid Nike and Adidas just because there companies are going for flashy rather than functional. I wear Asics Gel kayanos. I’ve used them for the last 6 years and they are great. I’m never going to switch because it is the biggest pain finding new shoes that work for you. However, they are a little bit more expensive. Go to a running specialist store. People have different arches and need different types of support for their foot.
